Merger Forms

A credit union may merge with another state-chartered or federally-chartered credit union subject to the requirements of Commission Rule 7 TAC §91.1003.    In order to obtain approval for a proposed merger, the credit unions must complete a Merger Resolution; Plan of Merger; and Certificate of Merger.    The applicable forms for each type of charter combination and membership vote are included below.
