CUD 26-03: Administrative Assistant (Compliance)
Brief Description: The Credit Union Department is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its Administrative Operations Team. The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the Compliance Analyst and performs a wide range of advanced administrative functions. Responsibilities include processing complaints and examination reports, as well as reviewing departmental correspondence to ensure accuracy in grammar and punctuation. The role further extends to assisting the Agency Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner, when required, by disseminating incoming information, maintaining organized filing systems, and managing departmental data. In addition to these core duties, the Administrative Assistant may contribute to the training of new employees and, on occasion, assume responsibilities associated with other positions on a substitute or as-needed basis.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with office practices, administrative procedures, and general administrative support.
- Experience working in financial institutions, credit union, or accounting environments.
- Experience working with compliance and regulatory requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in a legal or law-related environment.
Salary: $48,511.00 – $53,723.00

CUD 26-04: Temporary Part-Time Executive Assistant II or III
Brief Description: The Credit Union Department is currently seeking a temporary part-time Executive Assistant II or III to join its Administrative Operations Team. The Executive Assistant provides highly administrative support and technical program management for the Department. Responsibilities include major project organization, including compiling and analyzing data, making calculations, and preparing, maintaining, tracking, and disseminating reports. The role further extends to assisting the Agency Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner, when required, by coordinating and preparing correspondence, reports, studies, forms and documents. In addition to these core duties, the Executive Assistant may work under the direct supervision of a higher-level Executive Assistant, at the discretion of executive management of the agency.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least eight years of progressive responsible experience in office practices and administrative procedures.
- A high school diploma or successful completion of the GED is required.
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred.
- Experience and education may be substituted for one another.

Salary: $60,000.00 – $83,200.00
